  • Asparagus, Hollandaise sauce, garlic, peanuts, quail egg
  • Beef, roasted carrots, peas,Grenaille, garlic sprout
  • Lamb back knuckle, thymus, curly kale, roasted carrots, spinach with garlic, potato dolf (for 2 persons)
  • White asparagus crème brûlée, vanilla custard, cocoa, rhubarb
